This project by HammerFalls Construction transformed a mid-century Craftsman home in downtown Vancouver. We replaced a single-level garage with a new two-story garage, adding living space above it that includes an office, an ensuite bedroom and bathroom, and a laundry room. Inside the home, we removed a chimney to open up the living room and kitchen and completed a full kitchen remodel. The project was finished with a new roof, blending the addition seamlessly with the original home.
