HammerFalls Construction partnered with an investor to maximize a property near downtown Vancouver by creating two separate rental units. We converted the detached two-car garage into a short-term rental ADU, designing an eye-catching space with standout amenities like a freestanding tub in the upstairs ensuite. Durable, high-quality finishes were selected to protect the property while maximizing rental appeal and long-term investment value.
